Human Rights Office

The Human Rights Office is an independent office with broad responsibilities fordeveloping educational programs and recommending policies on human rights issues for the University community. It also provides support and advice for individuals who are facing issues of harassment or discrimination. The Human Rights Office and its staff operate under the direction and authority of the Queen's University Harassment and Discrimination Policy and Procedure and reports directly to the Senate.Visit them online at http://www.queensu.ca/humanrights.

Office of the University Advisor on Equity

The office of the University Advisor works with Officers of the University, the Senate Education Equity Committee and the Council on Employment Equity to ensure that equity is achieved through out the University in accordance with the Senate Report on Principles and Priorities adopted in 1996. Employee Relations

Employee Relations directs all employee relation activities at the University including providing services and assistance in employee and labour relations to University administrators, negotiation and administration of polices for unionized and non-unionized employees. Employment, Planning and Development

Compensation and Benefits

Human Resource Information Systems

Human Resource Information Systems is responsible for managing the development, implementation and maintenance of the Human Resource and payroll-computing information systems including all aspects of aspects of the definition, collection, analysis and dissemination of human resources information for the University.
