The Records Management Programme maintains a Directory of Records (DOR), or a listing of the types of records held by the University. The DOR can help facilitate access requests by allowing requesters to pinpoint the records in which they are interested.
Requesters who are seeking access to their own personal information should also review the Personal Information Bank (PIB) listing. The PIB provides a list of record collections that are organized and retrievable by personal information, for example a student record is retrievable by student number and is listed in the PIB.
The DOR and PIB are maintained by the Queen's University Archives and are currently in draft form only. They will be amended and refined as the Records Management Programme nears complete implementation. The DOR and PIB are available on the Records Management Programme page.
