To ensure that official documents are submitted, please ensure that faxes originate from your high school or institution and that mailed documents are either originals or certified/notarized photocopies. Originals must have seal of institution or a signature of an official at the institution. Please use the following contact information when submitting required documents:

Please note that we do not accept mailed or faxed copies of the PSE. The PSE can only be submitted online by accessing your online SOLUS.

Queen's does not accept transcripts sent by the applicant. All transcripts must be sent directly by your school OR the Ministry of Education. Please make arrangements with your school and/or the Ministry of Education to have official transcripts sent to Queen's directly. If the school will not send the transcripts on your behalf, you may send the sealed, unopened official transcript directly to the university.

Depending on the province/country where you graduated from, your transcripts are considered official and final when they indicate successful graduation and we receive them directly from:
AB: Alberta Education
BC: BC Ministry of Education
NT, YK, and NU: Department of Education
SK: Saskatchewan Learning
MB: Your high school including a stamp and official signature
ON: Automatically sent via OUAC
QC: Your secondary institution (i.e. CEGEP)
NB, NS and PEI:
Your high school including a stamp and official signature
NL: Department of Education
USA:
Your high school including a stamp and official signature
International:
Your high school including a stamp and official signature
International Baccalaureate: IBO
Advanced Placement: College Board
College/University: Sent directly from institution
Email admission@queensu.ca with the subject heading "Question from FAQ Web Page". Please include your full name and OUAC reference number in the email to help us respond promptly.
