Next Steps for applying to an Online Program

  1. If you haven’t already done so, create your NetID! This will allow you to access the Queen’s student system called SOLUS. Click here to create your Queen's NetID. (You will need the Queen's Student ID number that was emailed to you).

  2. Login to your SOLUS Student Center

-Using your NetID and password, login to MyQueen's: https://my.queensu.ca
-Navigate to SOLUS (look for the SOLUS tab on just under the Queen's banner, at the top of the page)
    -Click on Student Center
-Ensure the information we have for you is correct

  3. Review and Complete Your To-Do List
Your To-Do List is located on the right-hand side of your SOLUS Student Center. Your SOLUS To-Do List may be updated frequently throughout the application cycle so it is important to review it often. When your To-Do List is empty, it means we have received all of the required documents.

  4. If required, arrange to have your official documents (official transcripts and/or Letter of Permission) sent to the address below, by the deadline date. Please review the information on sending Official Documents to Queens.

Next Steps

You can expect to hear back from us, by email, with a decision approximately 5-7 business days after submitting your application as an interest student, or, for other application types, 5-7 business days after we receive your supporting documentation from your To Do List.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for applying and to wish you all the best this year. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us at admission@queensu.ca.
