Campus Tours Accessibility Information

We look forward to hosting you, your family, and your friends at Queen's! Please let us know if there are ways we can better serve you.

Our campus tours consist of two main segments:

  • an academic and admission information session with one of our staff in our Welcome Centre located in Gordon Hall
  • a tour of the Queen's campus with a current Queen's student

Welcome Center Accessibility

The Welcome Center is the location for our academic and admission information sessions and the starting point of all of our tours. The Welcome Centre is located on the 2nd floor of Gordon Hall but is easily accessible from our level access ground floor entrance and elevator.

Campus Tour Accessibility

Our campus tours consist of visits to various buildings and facilities such as residences, lecture halls, athletic facilities and student life buildings interspaced with outdoor travel. Feel free to ask your tour guide to visit any place on campus that you are interested in, and they will do their best to get you there!  We are committed to ensuring that the tours of our campus are enjoyable, informative, and accessible.

Let us know you're coming!

Help us prepare for your visit by letting us know if you require any assistive devices to improve your campus tour experience (e.g. wheel chair, assistive-listening devices, accessibility assistance, sign-language interpreters, etc.). Please note your request(s) while registering for your campus tour, or email us at tours@queensu.ca.

Additional Information

Additional Accessibility Information regarding Queen’s can be found through our Accessibility Hub. If you have any questions we encourage you to look through the Hub or contact us.
