  • By February 1 for students attending school in Canada or the United States.
  • By February 15 for students attending school outside Canada or the United States (this applies to both Canadian and non-Canadian citizens).

The base application fee allows the student to submit up to three university and/or program choices. (Students wishing to apply to additional universities and/or programs will be required to pay a supplementary fee). Once a student has submitted their application to the OUAC, Queen's will be notified and will contact the student.

2.  Once Queen's has received a student's application from the OUAC, the student should watch for more information from Queen's about the university and the program(s) to which they've applied.

4. Submit the Personal Statement of Experience(PSE). As soon as Queen's receives an application from OUAC (approximately 3-5 working days after they have applied), they can, and should, submit their PSE. The earlier that we have a student's PSE, the earlier we can being to process their application.
  • Recommended due date for the Personal Statement of Experience and Supplementary Essay (if applicable) isFebruary 15for all applicants.
  • The PSE must be completed and submitted on-line through Online Self-Service.
5. Submit all required documents*
  • March 1 is the last date to submit documents for all applicants attending an Ontario school.
  • If a student does not attend an Ontario school, and they are able to submit documents prior to March 1, your application will be considered for earlier offers of admission.
  • If a student does not attend an Ontario school, and you submit documents between March 2 and April 30, your application will be considered for subsequent offers of admission. Please note that students should submit their PSE as early as possible, and no later than March 1.
