Queen’s affinity partnerships strive to offer alumni the opportunity to indirectly support the University while benefiting from value added personal services. When you take advantage of any of these benefits, our partners provide funding to Queen’s in support of alumni initiatives on campus and around the world!

From time to time, Queen's assists its affinity partners in conducting direct mail or telemarketing campaigns to inform alumni about the various benefits available to you. All mailings, marketing materials, and telephone scripts are approved by Queen's before any contact is made with Queen's alumni.
Confidentiality of Mailing Lists
Your personal information remains confidential and is never released directly to any of our affinity partners. We have signed strict confidentiality agreements with bonded third-party mailing houses and telemarketing firms who act as agents of the University for the purpose of conducting these marketing campaigns. Personal address data is leant to these agents for the express purpose of these communications, and the lists are destroyed upon completion of each marketing initiative.
Opting Out
Queen’s University is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Ontario). Alumni can opt out of any or all affinity partner communications by calling 1-800-267-7837, e-mailing alumserv@queensu.ca or visiting alumni.queensu.ca/optout
