11:00 AM - 12:00 PM University District Tree Planting John Deutsch University Centre (87 Union Street) Join students, faculty and other alumni as we work together to beautify the University District, contribute to the Kingston community, and help the environment by plating tree on and off campus! We will meet in front of the John Deutsch University Centre facing Union street. Light digging will be required and lunch will be provided. Please contact for more information.

Enjoy the fascinating exhibitions of the Agnes in a 45-minute guided tour. Explore the last days of Kingston Penitentiary in works by leading photographer Geoffrey James, consider how contemporary artists view environmental issues in "I hope humanity . . . ", contemplate new donations of 17th-century art in "Rembrandt’s Circle: Making History" and more.


Admission is free for alumni during Homecoming Weekend, and the gallery is open today from 10 am – 5 pm.

8:00 PM Queen's Vagabond Theatre Presents: Vacancies, an Environmental Adaptation of No Exit John Deutch University Centre, John Orr Room Several student actors will be performing an adaptation of Jean Paul Sartre's No Exit in the John Orr room. It is a special performance where the actors will be within arm's distance of the audience and will be performing in hyper realist style. This performance aims to push the boundaries between actors and their audiences.
