About the QUAA Gala Awards Dinner
The Queen's University Alumni Association (QUAA) and the Alumni Branch network offer a number of annual awards to recognize alumni and other members of the Queen's community who serve Queen's and the world at large in exceptional ways.
The QUAA and Branch Volunteer Award recipients will be honoured at the QUAA Gala Awards Dinner on March 28, 2015, hosted at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts.
About Alumni Volunteer Summit
Alumni Volunteer Summit offers opportunities to connect, enrich, educate and celebrate Queen’s volunteers, as the Queen’s University Alumni Association strives to create strong, focused and sustainable volunteer organizations and initiatives around the world.
This two-day conference brings together current and prospective Queen’s volunteers for professional development and networking. Attendees can expect to learn transferable skills that can be applied to their own work, both as volunteers and in their respective career fields. Attendees will also receive a certificate of completion.
Whether you volunteer with a Queen's University Alumni Association Branch or Board of Directors, help to coordinate your class reunion, volunteer with your faculty or sit on University Council, this conference is for you. If you're new to volunteering, this annual event is an ideal way to meet and learn from other experienced volunteers and volunteer leaders.
