D-Day: Invasion of Normandy & Liberation of Paris

Juno Beach

Twice during the 20th Century, Canadian forces came to the aid of France to combat German aggression and liberate millions of people. Though the Canadian forces reached more of their objectives than their British and American allies, the traditional narrative of “D-Day” only briefly covers the Canadian actions and often omits them altogether! We’ve partnered with the Canadian War Museum and The National WWII Museum to re-visit this period in world history. Our unique itinerary covers the Canadian, British, and American sectors, and provides a full Allied perspective of the greatest invasion to take place in modern history. Featured sites include Arromanches, Juno Beach, and Bény-sur-Mer Canadian War Cemetery.
