Queen's University

February 2013 Mailing:  Who Cares About...?

Queen’s students are working to change the world. In some cases, they are doing it one person at a time – like Ben Frid, Meds’15 and founder of Making Waves Kingston, who provides affordable one-on-one swim instruction for children with special needs. In other cases, students are advocating for change in the larger society – like our students in the School of Rehabilitation who used a class project to shine the spotlight on a marginalized population.

Have a look at some of the exciting things that Queen's students are doing to change the world:

Queen’s students and graduates are leaders –and they can do so much more, given the opportunity.  And that is exactly what your gift to Queen’s will do.  Please add your support to the 2012-13 Queen’s Annual Appeal with a gift to the Queen’s Fund, where every gift creates opportunity.
