Organization of Kingston Women Artists

WebsiteOrganization of Kingston Women Artists

OKWA is a group of professional women artists working in the Kingston area. Our membership of 49 artists is very active in many disciplines and our annual exhibition usually presents high-quality work from many of our members. For this exhibition we bring in a well-recognised artist to jury the work and we present cash awards to three artists chosen by our juror. OKWA has been a forum for women artists to present their work for many years and we try to organize at least two exhibitions a year for our members. We also provide a series of Art Talks that are free and open to the public.
