Are you planning to
graduate at one of the Fall 2013 convocation ceremonies?
All students planning to graduate in the Fall of 2013 must apply to graduate on SOLUS starting Monday, July 15th.
Go to the Office of the University Registrar's webpage for complete instructions on how to apply to graduate.
PLEASE NOTE: The expected graduation term connected to the application on SOLUS is "Summer 2013" (even though the actual graduation is in Fall 2013).
Before you apply to graduate please make sure that you can apply
- You can apply to
graduate only in the program/plan in which you are currently registered.
If you require a change to your program and/or plan please e-mail Andrea Labelle
(firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as
possible to request the change. This includes the addition or deletion of
- Check Faculty Academic Regulations for graduation.
- It is your responsibility to confirm that you have
completed the course requirements for your academic plan by looking at the Arts
and Science Calendar or by viewing your Academic Requirement Report in SOLUS.
- Check the Office of
the University Registrar's website for convocation dates and details.
- Watch your Queen’s
e-mail account for further instructions and details about graduation.
- As soon as possible delete all courses in your "Shopping Cart" located under "Plan; Shopping Cart".
- Please access SOLUS under "My Academics; Academic Report" and run your Advising Report to ensure you are meeting all degree requirements.
