Learning Management Specialist

Reporting to the Manager, Course Development and Operations, the Learning Management Systems Specialist is a member of the Course Development and Operations Team. Responsibilities include setting up, maintaining, and advising on online courses within the Queen’s Learning Management System (LMS) and participating in design team meetings to uploading content to supporting instructors and students during the offering of the course. The incumbent will also provide support with the administration of off-campus exams and support the day-to-day administrative duties of the CDS office as needed. Read more and apply. 

Instructional Design Multimedia Support Analyst
Closing date: October 15, 2017

Reporting to the Manager, Course Development and Operations, the Instructional Design Multimedia Support Analyst supports the course development design team by researching, identifying and testing software and strategies that will facilitate the learning outcomes of the course and enhance student learning. The Analyst will assist with the set-up and creation of course content, materials, multi-media and e-resources in online courses, and contribute to the documentation of guidelines and instructions on their effective use. The incumbent will also serve as a resource to the CDS course production team and provide support for the learning management system as needed. Read more and apply.
