Residence and Supplementary Health Insurance Form: This provides us with all the information we need to determine:

  • your room assignment
  • your roommate
  • any necessary accommodations (academic, dietary, etc.)
  • your emergency contacts
  • whether you have supplementary health insurance

Travel Information Form: Before departure you must send your flight details to the BISC. You can do this via the online form. You will be contacted when this form is open. Arrivals information must be submitted at least 30 days before the official arrival day. Other criteria apply: please ensure you have read the Arrivals information in the Student Handbook.
