At a typical hot breakfast sitting, foods served include bacon, eggs, baked beans, grilled tomatoes and porridge. The cold-only breakfast period offers toast, croissants with jam, a choice of cereals and fruit, as well as fruit juices, hot drinks and milk.
At lunch and dinner you can enjoy a variety of meat and vegetarian dishes and accompanying vegetables all served by our friendly catering team. A self-service salad and sandwich bar is comprehensively stocked, and a variety of dressings and breads are provided. There is always a hot dessert available, or you can choose from a range of cold desserts and healthy options that include fresh fruit, cakes, yogurt and ice-cream. Fountain drinks and a water cooler are always available.
The meal plan is included in the program fee for students. Staff and faculty can opt-in to a variety of plans or pay a set price per meal. Guests residing in Bader Hall are entitled to breakfast and can buy meal tickets as required for lunch and dinner.
Students are encouraged to leave comments, feedback, and suggestions for the Catering Team on a notice board in the Dining Hall or to approach them in person. The Catering Manager is responsible for considering the dietary requirements of all guests and for offering a variety of interesting daily options.
