Roy Jahchan's Combination Public Administration and Law Degree

Roy Jahchan - who studied in the Queen's International Law Program at the BISC during the summer of 2011 - was eight years old when he first began to develop an interest in law. “I was watching the Quebec referendum on my television in Montreal,” he recalls. “It’s a memory that’s still with me.”
