Established in memory of Dr. Arthur Child, B.Comm. 1931, LL.D. 1983, by the Arthur J.E. Child Foundation and awarded on the basis of financial need and academic achievement to graduate students in the Master's of Public Administration program in the School of Policy Studies at Queen’s University.
