Established by friends to honour Professor James Carrothers Cameron, founder and Head of the Industrial Relations Department from 1937 to 1960 and Dr. W. Donald Wood, Director of the Industrial Relations Centre from 1960 to 1985 and first Director of the School of Industrial Relations. Awarded on the recommendation of the Director of the School to the graduating student who completes the M.I.R. degree program within one year and who has the most outstanding academic record.
