Established by a bequest from the late Frank Wyatt MacLean (BA'49) who spent many years in the field of Education. Awarded to full-time students in the M. Ed. program on the basis of academic achievement at the B. Ed. level and demonstrated professional achievement in the field of education. Recipients must be graduates of the Queen's Faculty of Education and may not hold other Queen's Fellowships or Scholarships totaling more than $2,000.

Application must be made to the Dean of the Faculty of Education not later than 1 April; value variable.
