After 15 August (after 11 Jan - Winter Term) students must pay a late registration administration fee. If not preregistered, contact the Student Services office in the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, 3rd Floor, Beamish-Munro Hall

After 25 September students must submit a written appeal for late registration to the Operations Committee. If the appeal is granted, the late fee will apply.
§
After 1 November (after 1 Feb - Winter Term) no more registrations are accepted.

The Chair of Undergraduate Studies in the program must be advised when a course is added or dropped. Verbal requests to course instructors and/or absence from class are not sufficient and usually result in failure and loss of fee refund.
