Students seeking admission to honours (major and medial sociology concentrations) must obtain a grade of not less than 65 per cent in each of SOCY 210*, SOCY 211* (or approved substitution), SOCY 226*, SOCY 227*, SOCY 321* and SOCY 325*, SOCY 326* with a combined minimum average of 70 per cent in 5.0 sociology credits that must include SOCY 210*, SOCY 211*, SOCY 226*, SOCY 227*, SOCY 325*, SOCY 326* and 1.5 other SOCY courses. These courses, as well as SOCY 122, must be completed before admission to the honours program.
NOTE    All requirements for admission to honours must be completed before enrolling in 400-level courses.
