Permit parking lots and permit street parking spots are designated for use by permit holders only, as issued by Queen's University. Permit holders should consult Queen's parking regulations for specific details on permit usage.

Visitor parking is available for a fee in the underground parking garage at Stuart Street and University Avenue. Visitors to "west" campus may park in the "pay and display" area south of McArthur Hall. A limited number of parking meters are provided on some surface lots for visitor parking. "Pay and display" parking is also available along Union Street. Parking permits are not valid at meters. Daily parking permits may be purchased on a space-available basis. Some permit parking restrictions may be lifted for special events, such as convocation.

Motorcycles: Parking permits are not issued for motorcycles. There are several locations on campus provided specifically for parking motorcycles.

Bicycles: Bicycle parking is permitted on the racks specifically provided for that purpose and in areas otherwise indicated by signage. Bicycles may not be parked in areas that block access, in any way, to buildings or emergency phones or attached to any tree.
