I have been away from Queen's University for a term. How can I resume my studies?
If you have not attended another post-secondary institution at the undergraduate level since last attending Queen's University, you can return to continue working on your degree by completing a Return to Studies form.
If you are a Queen's graduate and have not attended another post-secondary institution at the undergraduate level since your graduation from Queen's, you may resume your studies at Queen's by completing a Return to Studies form. Please indicate Post Degree as your requested degree program.
Submit the Return to Studies form to the Faculty of Arts and Science Office, F200 Mackintosh Corry Hall, Kingston, Ontario, K7L 3N6 (FAX) 613-533-2467.

If you have attended another post secondary institution since last attending Queen's University, you must apply for re-admission.
