Fees, Financial Assistance and Awards

Please visit the Office of the University Registrar's Student Awards web site for information on student financial aid, including OSAP, bursaries, loans, the Work-Study program and awards for part-time students.

Tuition fees for classes starting May 2013:

• May 1 —Tuition fees due for classes starting May 2013.  See the Tuition Webpage. Please note that tuition fees for Summer 2013 will not be confirmed until May 18.
• May 18—Adjustments to the tuition fee (if any) are reported in SOLUS.  Please check for any outstanding balance.
• May 31—Payment of outstanding balance (if any) is due.
• June 15—Service charges will be applied on any outstanding balance.

Drop dates without incurring fee charges:

• May 9 —  Last date to drop a May-June course without incurring tuition fee charges 
• May16 —Last date to drop a May-July course without incurring tuition fee charges 

Tuition fees for classes starting July 2013:

• May 18—Tuition fees for Summer 2013 will be confirmed May 18. See the Tuition Webpage.
• July 1—Tuition fees due for July-August classes.
  
• July 8—Last date to drop a June-July class without incurring tuition fee charges.
• August 1—Service charges will be applied on any outstanding balance.

*2013-2014 tuition rates will be approved by the University’s Board of Trustees in May 2013, and tuition for summer term will be assessed according to the new rates. Please check SOLUS  for the amount you owe.

**Add $75 Off-campus Exam fee for Online Courses offered through Continuing and Distance Studies (only applies to distance students writing proctored final exams at off-campus centres)

Payment

The preferred method of payment is the Internet Bill Payment option using your own financial institution. Outstanding balances must be paid by May 1 (for courses in May-June and May-July sessions) July 1 (for courses in July-August session), and September 1 (for courses in September-April). Service charges will be applied on outstanding balances after the due date.
