Queen's University Chaplain Kate Johnson provides confidential counseling, ceremonial services, interfaith community development and spiritual support to students, faculty and staff on campus.
As a part of the Division of Student Affairs, the Office of the Interfaith Chaplain strives to facilitate a welcoming, peaceful and safe space. The Interfaith Chaplain is available to discuss spiritual, religious, personal, and financial problems, concerns or crises.
Main Campus Office Hours:
Kate Johnson is available Mondays 12:30 -7pm, Tuesdays 10 am - 4pm, Wednesdays 1-8 pm, Thursdays 10am - 4pm, and Fridays 9am -4pm in JDUC 142B (enter through the Union Street upper level doors and turn left).
Theological Hall Chapel: Open Thursdays from 12 - 3pm with Pastor Steve Hoeppner
West Campus Office (in the old Tuck Shop on Student Street): Ruth Wood is available Tuesdays from 11:30 am -1:30 pm and Steve Hoeppner is available Thursdays from 9-11:30 am.
Appointments with all chaplains including Imam Yasin Dwyer are available outside of these time frames on request.
