Stakeholder Satisfaction Surveys

ITServices will administer web-based satisfaction surveys at regular intervals. This may take the form of a single survey instrument for all stakeholders, or separate surveys for different constituencies. Much of each survey instrument will remain the same over time, so that trends in improvement or decline can be identified and tracked.  For a defined set of services, the general approach will be to ask each respondent whether they:

  • Use the service or not
  • How important the service is to them
  • How satisfied they are with the effectiveness of the service

Summary reports generated from the data collected will be reported here.
