Client Engagement

ITS recently conducted a CIO Business Vision Survey using the services of Info-Tech.  The survey was sent to senior leaders (deans, associate deans, department heads, directors, etc.) at Queen's and was designed to determine stakeholder need and improve engagement. 

The survey was one of many steps that ITS is taking to ensure that our stakeholders have common vision, shared governance, and joint accountability along with us in ITS.  The survey focused on IT satisfaction and value, IT relationship satisfaction, business priorities, and core service satisfaction.

We received 49 responses to the survey, and we will now be spending some time reviewing the feedback in detail.  We will engage will each of those who replied to the survey in meetings to dig a bit deeper into their responses.  Once those meetings take place and our information gathering process is complete, we will publish the survey results on our website and will begin to work on incorporating action items from the survey into our strategic plan.
