Project Templates

Standardized templates for each stage of a project life cycle are available and highly recommended for usage by the Project Portfolio Office.  A separate work group in the ITServices Client Accounts & Projects continue to develop and refine these templates working collaboratively with the Project Portfolio Office.

Current  versions of all templates will be made available on this website.

Available Resources

Project Staffing Details (PS.1) - Required

This template is required prior to the completion of the detailed business case (BC.2).  Detailed staffing information will be used to provide both internal and consulting effort estimates and skills profile for the project.

Business Case - Detailed (BC.2) - Required

Completion of this template is required for all new project proposals being submitted for consideration to the Administrative Systems Steering Committee (ASSC).  Detail information on problem identification, need, project scope, strategic objectives, alternatives analysis, risk assessment, resource requirements and governance of this project are covered.

Please consult directly with the Project Portfolio Office for any questions regarding completion of this template.  Once completed it must be submitted to the PPO before adding to the ASSC Agenda for review.

ROBERTA – Project Review Summary (RO.1) - Required

Completion of this template is required following completion of a detailed business case (BC.2).  This template summarized the responses to 30+ questions regarding Risk, Opportunity, Benefit, External Factors, Resources, Timeline and Alignment of this project proposal.

Please consult directly with the Project Portfolio Office for any questions regarding completion of this template.  Once completed it must be submitted to the PPO for final completion of several sections.  The final document will be submitted, with the Detailed Business Case, to the Administrative Systems Steering Committee.
