Engaging stakeholders:
The project team and consultants will engage with stakeholders in a variety of ways:
- through an advisory committee
- through community participation fostered through multiple forums for engagement – on-campus, off-campus and virtual forums, such as town halls, workshops, open houses, meetings, polls, blog postings
- issue-specific meetings with the City of Kingston and hospital partners
- interviews and small focus groups with a broad and inclusive list of stakeholders. See list of interviews...
- consultation events to inform key decision-making points along the process
