I appreciate that the University Administration is putting up a Labour News site; however, significant details about the collective bargaining process have been excluded. For example, it is not the QUFA negotiations, but the negotiations between the University Administration and QUFA. Another most important fact that everyone should know is that on the 17th day after a no-board report, the Employer can unilaterally change the terms and conditions of employment.
