This site consolidates news and information about labour relations activities at Queen’s.
There are several processes underway and this site aims to provide timely updates and answer your questions. While we attempt to be as thorough as possible, it is important to respect the collective bargaining process. We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of negotiations.
The site draws in all the labour relations-related stories posted to the Queen’s Gazette — these are also included in the faculty/staff email bulletin, “Queen’s Gazette Today,” that is sent to all faculty and staff on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
This site also includes “posts” in several categories, including active negotiations, contingency planning, labour relations processes, and settlements that answer frequently asked questions.
You can subscribe to receive all posts through an RSS feed.
You can leave a comment or question. All submissions will be reviewed by the site administrator before being posted. Questions may be answered through a post in the relevant category. Any comments that contain personal attacks or offensive language, or that raise concern regarding campus safety and security, will not be posted. Repetitive questions and comments may not be posted.
