  1. Big tables. High back chairs with heigh adjustment option.
    Currently the wooden chairs at Stauffer are much lower than the tables (unless you are over 6′ tall). Working on a laptop for long periods of time is really hard on the shoulders

  2. One grad student that I have been corresponding with had this to say about furnishings in a particular room: “the fireplace reading room in Stauffer – with its armchairs and fireplaces, this has such potential to be a great reading area, but it is never used. Why are the fireplaces never turned on?”
