Congratulations to Dr. Susan Phillips
Congratulations to Dr. Susan Phillips, Department of Family Medicine, who is one of the Principal Investigators of a six year funded CIHR New Emerging Team Grant: 'Gender Differences in Mobility: what we can learn about improving mobility in old age.'
This important project will provide new information on gender related aging mobility disability, and will recruit and train PhD and MSc students as well as provide research training opportunities to family medicine residents.
The team involves investigators from Latin America, the University of Montreal as well as colleagues from Queen's University Department of Community Health and Epidemiology and from Geriatrics.
