Dr. Walter Rosser Receives Diamond Jubilee Medal

Congratulations to Dr. Walter Rosser, Professor Emeritus in Queen’s Department of Family Medicine who has been invited by the Honourable David Onley, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, to receive the Diamond Jubilee Medal for significant achievement and remarkable service on June 18 at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto at a Diamond Jubilee Gala Celebration. 

Dr. Rosser is a former head of the Queen’s Department of Family Medicine and a Queen’s graduate, and was named to the Order of Canada in 2010 for his leadership in the discipline of family medicine and primary care research, and for his contributions to the establishment of practice-based research networks in Canada.
