Students Receive Studentships with CSPC

Congratulations to two students supervised by Dr. Lawrence Leung and another student supervised by Dr. Richard Birtwhistle, who have been granted studentships for their summer projects at CSPC.

These students are:

Jackie Ang a Queen's medical student who won the S.S. Robinson Studentship for her proposed study of "Complementary and Alternative Medicine: Prevalence and Determinants of use in Ontario".

Adila El-Korazati a Queen's medical student won the Thomas M. and Louise A. Brown research Studentship for her proposed study of "Barriers to prescribing medical marijuana amongst Family Physicians in Ontario".

Brandon Worley a Queen's medical student was granted funds from the OAISYS Inc. to conduct a research project looking at the use of a triage tool for joint pain.
