Undergraduate Teaching Award in Psychology

Nature of Award

To recognize outstanding teaching at the undergraduate level.

Nomination Criteria

Any faculty member or member of the adjunct teaching staff who has taught a minimum of a half course in the Department of Psychology during the academic year in which the award is given.

Nomination Procedure

In March of each year, the DSC in Psychology invites members to nominate the instructor they feel is most deserving of this award. The name of the recipient will be forwarded to the Head of Department.

Presentation of Award

The award is presented annually at the Departmental Reception by the DSC Committee, (President). The prize will be a book award and the name of the receipient engraved on a plaque to be hung in Humphrey Hall.
