Dreams come true

Winners of the Principal's Dream Courses have been announced! Congratulations to the winning teams! Dreams come true published on April 12 highlights the courses  aims and desired outcomes.

“We asked our faculty members to think creatively about what they’ve always wanted to teach and they responded with an impressive array of proposals,” says Principal and Vice-Chancellor Daniel Woolf. “Each of these courses will provide their students with an exceptional and memorable learning experience.”

Investing in learning spaces

Principal Daniel Woolf has announced that Queen’s will invest $3 million in the renewal of its classrooms over a period of three years to enhance the teaching and learning environment for students.

On Wednesday, February 24, 2016, the Gazette has released an article, Investing in learning spaces, announcing the investment of $3 million dollars into the classrooms at Queen's.

The decisions regarding what will be tackled in the next 3 years is still under development and looking for your input!

The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at Queen's University invites applications for a one-year Post-Doctoral Fellow appointment (with the potential to renew), to begin August 1, 2016. The appointee will contribute to developing and supporting a program that focuses on active learning pedagogies and active learning spaces, working in partnership with a range of teaching and learning scholars across faculties at Queen’s.
