Clicker Loan @ Queen's

The Centre for Teaching and Learning, in collaboration with ITServices, is pleased to provide clickers that can be loaned out for several days at a time in order to provide opportunities for educators to try them out.  There is no charge for this service.

In addition to loaning the equipment (up to 150 clickers and a receiver that plugs into a USB port), the CTL provides guidance on creating appropriate questions to which students can respond. The number of anonymous responses to each question are displayed and then discussion can follow based on the results. If questions are too easy, using clickers just becomes a meaningless activity while challenging questions can make the use of clickers an invaluable teaching and learning tool.

For a consultation with one of our Educational Developers and to borrow clickers, contact the CTL.
