ELI Working Group
The ELI Working Group, made up of representatives from various faculties and units at Queen's, is conducting research to understand the leadership needs of emerging leaders at Queen's.
The working group acknowledges seed funding from the Educational Developers Caucus (EDC) of the Society for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (STLHE). This grant has been instrumental in the initial phases of this program.
ELI Needs Assessment
In 2011, the ELI working group launched a university-wide needs assessment study to determine the needs and priorities of Queen's stakeholders related to leadership development. A web-based survey was administered through StudentVoice in April/May.
