ELI Certificates Image Description
This graphic depicts the ELI certificates. The certificate is divided into four workshop streams. Workshop stream number one is Individual Leadership and contains the following workshops: Personality Dimensions, Intercultural Self-Awareness, Emotional and Social Intelligence, and The "Evolving" Self. Workshop stream number two is Team Leadership, and includes the following workshops: Mentorship, Leading Diverse Stakeholders, Strengths-based Team Leadership, Leaders as Communicators and Facilitators. Workshop stream number 3 is Institutional Leadership, and includes the following workshops: Institutional Culture: How Decisions are Made, Strategic Planning, Leading Innovation and Change, Trends and Issues in Higher Education. Workshop stream number four includes Leading through Service, Leadership Learning Networks, and Advancement and Alumni Relations.
