Emerging Leadership Initiative
The Emerging Leadership Initiative (ELI) is a professional development program designed with emerging leaders in mind. The program is structured using a blended approach to experiential learning and features: mentorship, peer coaching circles, workshops, webinars, and strategies related to service.
