Cultural Studies Steering Committee on Retreat at Elbow Lake

The Cultural Studies steering committee on retreat at Elbow Lake in May 2016.

The Steering Committee is a group of students, faculty, and staff who compose the ultimate decision-making body in Cultural Studies. Any member of the CUST community can sit on the Steering Committee, provided they are willing to make a one-year commitment to attend. A request for members is sent out to everyone, once per year. The steering committee and the program abide by the Cultural Studies Constitution

Any member of the community can bring a concern or an idea to Steering, by requesting that it be put on the agenda for discussion. (Please contact the current Chair of Steering).

Please note that, because we tend to have a lot of business to discuss at every meeting, those submitting agenda items for consideration are responsible for providing adequate time for members of the committee to look over any documents they would like to be considered. Please send these by email to the Program Administrator, Program Director, and Chair of Steering, at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. Without such notice Steering reserves the right to defer discussion to a future date when there is space for it.
