Progress Reports

Each year in September MA and PhD students are required to submit a written report to their supervisor detailing their activities over the previous year. If the student's progress through the program is not in keeping with expected progress, as judged by the supervisor and Program Coordinator, then specific goals will be set for the next 12 months, in writing.

If, at the end of that time, both the supervisor and Program Coordinator agree that these goals have not been met, the student may not be allowed to continue in the program. Evaluation of progress reports shall take into consideration illness and other personal complications / life situations beyond the control of the student.
