Research Interests
Generally, my research is situated at the intersections of memory and trauma studies, museum theory, representations of war and genocide, and issues of human rights. My master’s thesis focuses on the narratives accompanying objects in memorial museums and testimonial literature, and examines the affective relationships of objects that are embodied or animated with functions of witnessing.
