Research Interests
Erin's MA project involved a performance series featuring Aboriginal artists Terrance Houle (Blood/Ojibway) and Adrian Stimson (Siksika). The event, in line with her research interests, explored the intersection of gender and race in Indigenous performance art. Specifically, she is interested in how performance artists engage with issues of identity through performance in order to translate alternative narratives.
