Fees

  • Online course: $750
  • Capstone Summer Institute (June 2 to June 6, 2014): $1,300 (Register prior to April 30, 2014 and receive the early bird pricing of $1,200)
  • Knowledge Translation Two Day Skills Workshop (June 2 to June 4);  $600 (Register prior to April 30, 2014 and receive the early bird pricing of $500)

These courses are accredited for MAINPRO M1 credits for Family Physician and MOC Group Learning Section 1 credits for specialists.

Discounts are available for eligible participants with financial constraints.

  • End of fifth week: 50%
  • After fifth week: No refund

On Campus Courses

  • More than one month prior to the course: 100%
  • Two weeks prior to the course: 50%
