How do I contact the EAP?
In-person counselling sessions are available off campus in the Kingston community. Access to the service may also be obtained by you or a family member while travelling or residing elsewhere in Canada and internationally.To connect with your Employee Assistance Program, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

Shepell•fgi accepts calling charges for long distance calls.

Contact is made directly by you or an eligible family member to Shepell•fgi Employee Assistance. The Program is voluntary and easy to use. Only you can make a counselling appointment for yourself and every effort is made to arrange appointments at your convenience.
Age Restrictions – please note that children under 12 require parental consent to use EAP services. In addition, EAP counsellors will encourage young adults between 12 and 16 to inform their parents that they are receiving counselling.
