IS THE ONLINE STRESS MANAGEMENT TOOL SAFE AND SECURE?
The Online Stress Management tool is a confidential service available to you and your immediate family members at no cost to you as part of your Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The online stress management tool is subject to the same standards of confidentiality as all other services offered to you through your EAP. To register, you would call the EAP hotline at which time you would receive an activation code and web address. You visit the website and enter the activation code to create an individual profile. You may return to the site and access the program using the credentials created during your first visit. The online stress management program application is fully encrypted with SSL certificates and there are rigid business rules to restrict access to any data in the system.
