Become a ‘life-long quitter’
Tired of coughing and feeling fatigued?
Looking for a lifestyle change?
Concerned about your long-term health?
BECOMING A ‘LIFE-LONG QUITTER’
Close to half of all smokers want to quit smoking. Clearly, if 'quitting' were an easy task, many smokers would now be non-smokers. In fact, most smokers make 4 to 7 serious quitting attempts before they quit permanently. Because becoming a life-long quitter is very often a complex and difficult process, many smokers can benefit from the professional assistance available through your Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
